The UConn men’s basketball team is back in action on Tuesday, Feb. 11, when the Huskies travel to Creighton for a Big East battle in Omaha, Nebraska. The game is on CBS Sports Network at 9 p.m.
The Huskies (16-7, 8-4 Big East) are coming off a 68-62 loss against St. John’s on Friday night at a sold-out Gampel Pavilion.
Playing in his first game since Jan. 1, freshman Liam McNeeley led Huskies with 18 points while also grabbed 11 rebounds off the bench. Tarris Reed Jr. also had a double-double with 12 points and a career-high 15 rebounds. Solo Ball added 13 points for UConn.
RJ Luis Jr. led all players with 21 points, while Kadary Richmond collected 12 points, six assists, and six rebounds for St. John’s (21-3, 12-1 BIG EAST).
